William Charles Hay (born December 9, 1935) is a Canadian former ice hockey center who played eight seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Chicago Black Hawks. After his playing career, he served as the CEO of the Calgary Flames. He was inducted into the builder category of the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2015, and was named to the Order of Hockey in Canada in 2021.
