Bowen Byram (born June 13, 2001) currently plays for the Colorado Avalanche. He was selected fourth overall by the Avalanche in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. Byram won a gold medal with Team Canada at the 2018 Hlinka Gretzky Cup. Byram was also selected by Canada for the 2020 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. He recorded two assists in seven games en route to a gold medal. Byram co-captained the team alongside Dylan Cozens the following tournament to replace the injured Kirby Dach; he scored five points in seven games in a silver medal finish for Canada.
