Brian Blair “Killer” Kilrea (born October 21, 1934, in Ottawa, Ontario) is a Canadian former ice hockey head coach, general manager, and player.

Kilrea coached the Ottawa 67’s of the Ontario Hockey League for 32 seasons, after which he continued on as general manager. He is an Honoured Member of the Hockey Hall of Fame in the Builders category.
