Theo Lindstein (born Jan. 5, 2005) is a Swedish ice hockey defenseman currently playing with Brynäs IF in Swedish Hockey League (SHL). He recently joined the Brynäs IF senior program after playing his junior years with the Brynäs IF U16, J18, and J20 teams.
Lindstein was selected by the St. Louis Blues 29th overall in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. Internationally, he won a U18 WJC gold medal in 2022.
