The 6-foot Finnish center Kosilla went the full four years with St. Cloud State, putting up a career-best 54 points (14-40-54) through 41 games this season.

The Finn is tagged as being a strong skater with a good two-way game, as well having as the ability to make other forwards playing with him better. That should be evident from his 40 helpers on the year. He also finished with the best faceoff percentage on SCSU.

In total, he’ll finish his collegiate career with 157 games, over which he scored 48 goals and 105 assists.

He helped SCSU to a NCHC championship this year, but they weren’t able to push their way through the NCAA tournament into a Frozen Four berth. Kosilla is taking an amateur tryout (ATO) to play the remainder of the season with the San Diego Gulls of the AHL.

Boyle was named the Hockey East Goaltender of the Year and co-Player of the Year honoree.

In his fourth year of collegiate hockey — two with UMASS Amherst and two with UMASS Lowell — Boyle put up a very impressive .934 save percentage through 39 games.
