Since 2014, Andrew has overseen scouting, recruitment and player development for Quantum Sports Management in Toronto, while maintaining strong networks within front offices in minor and professional hockey. Andrew specializes in amateur player evaluation and analytics consulting, and has advised numerous professional and amateur hockey players during his time with TimeMotionAnaylsis & Statstrack, which is backed by the NHL Alumni Association. In 2017 alone, seven players were scouted & drafted or signed into the OHL, NHL, or NCAA D1 programs under Andrew's guidance. Andrew is a multi-sport athlete, having also competed and/or coached at the varsity to collegiate level in basketball, baseball, volleyball, track and field and hockey.
