The Chicago Blackhawks are “50-50” on the possibility of trading forward Bryan Bickell, according to Chris Kuc. Bickell has a partial no trade clause that limits the number of teams where he could be traded to eight teams. For any other trade destinations, they’d need to seek his permission.

Bickell has two years left on a four-year deal with an AAV of $4 million. Last season he scored 14 goals and 14 assists through 80 games. Part of his big contract was having great success in the postseason, particularly, the Blackhawks’ 2013 Stanley Cup win where Bickell scored nine goals and eight assists in 23 games. This year he finished the postseason with no goals and five assists.
