German Alexandrovich Rubtsov (Russian: Герман Александрович Рубцов; born 27 June 1998) is a Russian professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing for the Charlotte Checkers while under contract with the Florida Panthers of the NHL. He was selected by the Philadelphia Flyers in the first round, 22nd overall, in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
