Jamieson Oleksiak (born December 21, 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenseman currently playing for the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL). Nicknamed the “Big Rig”, Oleksiak was selected 14th overall in the first round of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft by the Stars, the highest draft choice in Northeastern University’s history.
