Matt Bradley (born June 13, 1978) is a retired Canadian ice hockey player, having played his final year in the NHL with the Florida Panthers during the 2011-12 season. Selected 102nd overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 1996 NHL Entry Draft, Bradley spent the first three years of his career with the Sharks before moving on to the Pittsburgh Penguins for the 2003-04 season. Bradley’s most notable times were as a member of the Washington Capitals, where he spent 6 of his 11 seasons in. During the 2009-10 season, he registered career-highs in goals (10), assists (14), and points (24) with the Capitals while appearing in all seven of their post-season games. Before calling it a career, Bradley played one season with TuTo of the Mestis league, playing in just one game and registering one assist. He would suffer a concussion during that game and opted to return to Canada, ultimately putting an end to his playing days.
Internationally, Bradley represented Canada at the 1998 World Junior Champion, where the team finished in 8th. That same year, he would win the William Hanley Trophy, an award given annually by the Ontario Hockey League to the most sportsmanlike player.
