Michal Řepík (born December 31, 1988) is a Czech ice hockey player currently under contract for the HC Sparta Praha of the Czech Extraliga (ELH). Řepík formerly played with HC Slovan Bratislava, Traktor Chelyabinsk, and HC Lev Praha of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) following his departure from the National Hockey League (NHL). Drafted by the Florida Panthers in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft, he split time between the Panthers and their AHL affiliate San Antonio Rampage, as well as the Buffalo Sabres’ AHL affiliate Rochester Americans. Following his departure, Řepík made appearances in the KHL, SM-Liiga and ELH. He has served as the captain of HC Sparta from 2019 to 2022.

At the international level, Řepík has represented his country on seven occasions, playing in the U-18 tournament (2005), World Junior Championship (2007), and World Championship (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019). He also represented Czechia in the 2018 Olympics when the team finished in 4th place. Řepík will attend his second Olympic Games in Beijing.
