Philippe Boucher (born March 24, 1973) is a retired Canadian ice hockey player, having played his final year in the NHL with the Pittsburgh Penguins during the 2008-09 season. Drafted 13th overall in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft by the Buffalo Sabres, Boucher broke into the league during the 1992-93 season, a year after he was drafted. Despite spending three seasons with Buffalo, he was never able to hold a regular spot in the lineup and was traded to the Los Angeles Kings during the 1994-95 season.

Boucher spent parts of seven seasons with the Kings, splitting time in the NHL and with their AHL affiliate Long Beach Ice Dogs. He managed to play a career-high of 80 games in the 2001-02 season in what would be his final year with the Kings. Boucher signed with the Dallas Stars in 2002, spending six seasons in Dallas and becoming an NHL All Star during the 2006-07 season during a break-out year. During the 2008-09 season, Boucher would be traded to the Penguins where he’d become a part of the 2009 team that would win the Stanley Cup. A champion after 16 seasons, Boucher would announce his retirement from the NHL on September 3, 2009.

Boucher was notable for being an All Star in every league he appeared in, from the QMJHL to the AHL, all the way up until the NHL. His booming slapshot and offensive instincts made him a deadly weapon on the power play, scoring a career-high 19 goals with the Stars during the 2006-07 season. He retired with 300 points (94 goals, 206 assists) in 748 career games.
