Vítek Vaněček (born 9 January 1996) is a Czech professional ice hockey goaltender who currently plays for the San Jose Sharks in the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected by the Seattle Kraken in the 2021 NHL Expansion Draft, then was traded back to the Capitals on July 28, 2021. He was selected 39th overall by the Capitals at the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
