Jack Randl Scores Beautiful Goal at Five Nations

With a 6-1 win over the Czech Republic on Friday, the United States clinched the title at the Five Nations Cup. The U.S. had a number of highlight reel-worthy moments en route to a title, but the prettiest goal might have been scored by 2018-draft eligible left wing Jack Randl.

With the U.S. down 0-1 against Slovakia earlier in the tournament, Randl tore down the wing, made a Slovakian defender look like a pylon and shelved the puck high glove side for a high-speed goal that was absolutely elegant.

Take a look at the rush below.

Randl is moving from the Chicago Mission program to the USHL’s Omaha Lancers this coming season, providing a larger stage to continue his development as we move toward the 2018 draft. Randl is a University of Michigan commit.
