Anaheim Ducks defenseman Josh Manson took a big hit to the head from Nashville’s Filip Forsberg at the end of the first period of Friday’s game. The hit left him lying on the ice before he went down the tunnel.
He didn’t return to the ice to start the second period and the Ducks announced at the end of the frame that he was being ruled out of the rest of the game with an upper-body injury.
