The Stars will play in three nationally televised games in 2015-16. Last season the Stars had four nationally televised games. All three games will be broadcast via NBCSN.

Stars Regional Television Coverage
The Stars regional coverage will be on Fox Sports Southwest. The details of the regional broadcast schedule are to be announced.
Color commentator Daryl “Razor” Reaugh will be entering his 20th year covering the Stars in 2016. His partner on the broadcasts will be DFW newcomer Dave Strader.
Strader is taking over the play-by-play responsibilities of Ralph Strangis. After covering the Stars for 25 seasons, Strangis chose to pursue new opportunities at the end of 2014-15.
Stars 2015-16 Schedule Highlights
First, as a reminder, the Stars will play in the Central Division of the Western Conference along with Chicago, Colorado, Minnesota, Nashville, St. Louis and Winnipeg.
The Stars open the season against Sidney Crosby, Phil Kessel and the rest of the Pittsburgh Penguins at home on Thursday, October 8th. Perhaps it will be decided by a Tyler Seguin 3 on 3 overtime goal with helpers from Jamie Benn and Val Nichushkin.
The most frequent road visitors to the American Airlines Center will be Chicago (3), Edmonton (3), Nashville (3) and Winnipeg (3). Anaheim, Detroit, San Jose and Los Angeles will each make just one appearance at the AAC.
The Stars most frequent road venues will be Minnesota (3) and St. Louis (3). Meanwhile, Boston, Buffalo, Florida, Tampa Bay, Montreal and Vancouver will get one Stars visit each.
What about the road trips, you say? The Stars will have three four-game road trips.
The Sunny Cheese Steak & Steel tour: October 15th-22nd (Tampa Bay, Florida, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh)
The Original Six Hurricane tour:
November 2nd-8th (Toronto, Boston, Carolina and Detroit)
The Wild Wild West tour:
November 28th-December 4th (Minnesota, Calgary, Vancouver and Edmonton).
On December 31st Nashville will visit Dallas for the annual New Year’s Eve game at the American Airlines Center.
