Richard Alan “R. J.” Umberger, Jr. (born May 3, 1982) is a former American professional ice hockey center. Drafted in the first round, 16th overall, in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft by the Vancouver Canucks, Umberger has played in the NHL for the Philadelphia Flyers and Columbus Blue Jackets.
