Tyler Motte (born March 10, 1995) is an American ice hockey forward playing for the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL). Motte was drafted 121st overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, and spent 33 games with the team in 2017 before being traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Motte is one of the many ambassadors for the Hockey Talks campaign where he advocates the importance of mental health after dealing with depression early in his career with the Blackhawks.
